SV	Jozua dan, en gans Israel, werd geslagen voor hun aangezichten; en zij vloden door den weg der woestijn.
WLC	וַיִּנָּֽגְע֛וּ יְהֹושֻׁ֥עַ וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לִפְנֵיהֶ֑ם וַיָּנֻ֖סוּ דֶּ֥רֶךְ הַמִּדְבָּֽר׃
Trans.	wayyinnāḡə‘û yəhwōšu‘a wəḵāl-yiśərā’ēl lifənêhem wayyānusû dereḵə hammiḏəbār:

AC	טו וינגעו יהושע וכל ישראל לפניהם וינסו דרך המדבר
ASV	And Joshua and all Israel made as if they were beaten before them, and fled by the way of the wilderness.
BE	Then Joshua and all Israel, acting as if they were overcome before them, went in flight by way of the waste land.
Darby	And Joshua and all Israel let themselves be beaten before them; and they fled by the way of the wilderness.
